    „Oil as a lubricant or Tellurian Lube, upon everything moves forward, spreading smoothly and inevitably. Events are configured by the superconductivity of oil and global petrodynamic currents to such an extent that the progression and emergence of events my be influenced more by petroleum than by time. If narrative development, the unfolding of events in a narration, implies the progression of chronological time, for contemporary planetary formations, history and its progression is determined by the influx and outflow of petroleum.“

    Ortsspezifische Performances hinterfragen – im Wiederstand gegen einen neoliberalen performativen Leistungsbegriff – ihr eigenes Potenzial, indem sie ihre medialen Grenzen performativ abschreiten und dadurch sichtbar machen: Spekulation statt Spektakel. Sie entwickeln Aufmerksamkeit für performative Situationen, untersuchen Möglichkeitsbedingungen, Orte selbst als Medium zu nützen. Künstlerische Formen wie Situationismus, Aktionismus, Postmodern Dance, Performance Art, zeitgenössischer Tanz denken – in all ihren Differenzen – Kunst in spezifischen raum-zeitlichen Ökonomien.
