    Wo sich die Türe öffnet ist eine Arbeit über das sich wiederholende Klopfen an Wohnungstüren, die Überwindung dies zu tun, die Konfrontation mit eigenen, idealisierten Vorstellungen, das Ausloten der Grenzen meines Habitus, die Unzufriedenheit mit eigenen Privilegien und die Frage, was eigentlich gut zu Wohnen bedeutet.

    A “deviant chronopolitics,” as Freeman puts it, is one that envisions “relations across time and between times” that upturns developmentalist narratives of history. Crip Magazine (one of my projects) collects artifacts of a transhistorical crip (sub)culture. It aims to create trans-temporary connections and communities across time.     In my research project I want to examine Tableaus as historical precursors for the structure of knowledge in contemporary scientific visual aids of all disciplines as well as in displays – summarized in images handling complexity in the Age of “Google“ and “Wikipedia“.  The Tableau enables a synoptical visual experience; it is a place of simultaneity –  a surface, that is organizing and structuring information aesthetically.
